Russell Walker finally testified before school-board investigators.
He denied knowing student intimidation.
But admitted receiving cash from Coach Hall without itemized sources.
“How much?”
“Approximately eighty thousand over three years.”
“Did you ask origin?”
“Fundraising.”
“Which fundraiser?”
“Various.”
“Receipts?”
“No.”
Why accept cash with no records?
He said booster clubs are informal.
Wrong answer.
Then auditors showed payments from booster club to Walker-affiliated consultant.
Russell called legitimate sports-facility planning.
No contract.
No work product beyond three pages.
Money trail looked worse.
