Did he know Russell Walker controlled booster accounts?
“Yes.”
Did he personally benefit?
Investigators found two trips partially paid through booster funds.
Hall claimed coaching conferences.
One included family resort stay.
He reimbursed only after audit began.
Bad.
Not necessarily whole conspiracy.
