Evelyn Vale admitted she had ordered the underground room reinforced in 1979.
Officially it was a storm cellar.
In reality, she used it to hide financial records during a federal investigation.

William stood inside the chamber after investigators released it.

A child Claire bringing water.
Lily’s recent scratches near the door.
