Denise changed strategy.
She offered cooperation.
She admitted override credentials.
Falsified receiving logs.
Suppressed complaints.
Why?
Thomas told her district could not sustain contract penalties.
Owen promised bonuses through private consulting work.
She accepted.
Did Thomas instruct fraud?
Denise said:
“Sometimes.”
Evidence needed.
She had messages.
One from Thomas:
We cannot reject another Harvest load this quarter. Make it work.
Another after temperature complaint:
Use district-side log. Vendor logger creates unnecessary exposure.
Thomas’s lawyer said this meant administrative process, not unsafe food.

Then Denise produced voice memo.
Thomas:
If a cafeteria employee refuses, override and deal with personnel later.
