Richard claimed wine archive/security bunker.
Invoices showed soundproofing, independent ventilation, private bathroom, reinforced inner door.
Could be panic room.
Could be intended concealment.
Then contractor email surfaced:
Mr. Whitmore requests room capable of long-term occupancy without access to main residence.
Daniel stared.
Long-term.
Richard prepared before Emily discovery.
Maybe for emergencies.
Maybe not.
